Luke Hines has signed the dotted line with Miller Barrett Racing and is set to make his debut at the 2010 Rolex 24 At Daytona. Luke Hines will be taking the wheel of the No. 48 Porsche 911 along with Peter Ludwig. Miller Barrett recently announced its driver lineup which would have Luke Hines and Peter Ludwig going for the Porsche 997 GT3 Cup, while Bryce Miller and Kevin Roush would be competing in the Porsche 3.8L Flat-6. The Sedge Green Essex resident is known for his punk style and fast and furious style of racing. Luke Hines’ father is a well known multiple world kart champion. In 2003 Luke Hines raced in a front wheel drive for the very first time and made quite a mark as he dominated the Production Class Championship by taking 18 straight podiums and 8 poles. In 2004 Luke Hines did a double whammy and won at the Brands Hatch as well as the Snetterton along with other podium wins. For 2006 Luke Hines’ career took a turn towards the British GT Championship where he accomplished 16 straight podiums, 6 pole positions and 4 outright wins.
